They gave advertisement on naukri.com to attend Walk in interview for research scientist positions in various departments like molecular biology. cell culture, protein biology, enzymes protein purifications. Minimum qualification required was masters. But they allowed Ph.d also for the interview. but they didn't hire even a single Ph.D.'s. they took only bachelors and masters.

Telephonic call from the team. Asked to brief my PhD work. Next there was a video call where in i explained my PhD project. Another two rounds of technical interview was there, where they asked me about my future plans and my skill set areas.
