Faced two different telephonic interview from two different teams. One team asked very basic biochemistry questions and it lasted around 20 min, while the other team asked very in-depth technical questions from the CV and general biochemistry and I was qualified in both the interviews.

Interview
The interview was conducted in 2 rounds. First with the team manager and secondly with the VP. In first round there were majorly behavioural questions asked. The second round was consisted of more situation based questions on how would tackle certain situations. The interviewers were polite. The position was related to Compliance role.

Personal interview also aptitude test that is offline also there are chances of group discussions also there will be technical as well HR question as well as situation based questions that helps to test the emotional intelligence of the candidate and this makes this interview Kind of tough interview
The questions in the interview were asked in a systematic way. These questions mostly covered the basics of biology, both theoretical and practical and some were more focused on molecular biology.
