Interviewed in August 2009. The interview process was telephone-based with an initial call with the hiring manager and the HR head. The follow-up call was with the head of operations. I received an offer and decided to visit the company before I made my decision. During the onsite visit where I met the CEO, Head of Research and Development, Head of Operations and met HR and the Hiring Manager again. The process was a total of 1.5 months which was creditable given that I was moving from a role in the US. I was impressed with the passion of everyone especially the CEO and was very interested in the growth potential of the role I was interviewing for. I took the job
