HR contacted to schedule online call. Had a single online interview with manager and team head where questions about my technical background and experience was generally asked. Overall smooth. The manager called me a week later to inform my selection. The HR then contacted me with a bunch of forms that I had to fill and an online behavioral assessment before even revealing the salary . offer. Overall HR onboarding process can be vastly improved.

Theory, attitude, and passion. And, the overall prospect of interest to continue to work atleast 3 years. Most probably you may join as an intern and you get trained into things. Then, if they like the character and attitude, they proceed for employment interview. Here, they will ask you to prepare presentation you had done during internship, followed by your interest to proceed with a full time job prospect.
