Interview very basic questions.but people make sure for audit purposes you have to give everything.sacrifice holidays also.They just want that the work should be completed and the credit or even appreciations nothing goes to the doer.Starting from Salary,appraisal,increments,Bonus....the major portion only manager levels are considered. Lower level just come on shifts,work on holdays and during audits work without sleep.difficult question for me was none but illogical question I was asked that we try to hire people who stay nearby local residents since people from distant places take long leaves for vacations, are you planning to relocate here permanently?

3 weeks process first they did a phone screening followed by an in person face to face interview. They asked my to present a PPT on Risk assessment ICHQ9 they asked some questions on it .Then the HR Round was conducted .
