Fairly simple process...applied online and had a Zoom/Teams interview 2-3 weeks later. It seemed to go well...just standard questions about my work style and experience as it relates to their process. At the end I was told they had a couple of more interviews to do and then would get back to me. Since that was a month ago, it appears I have been ghosted. (I really wish companies would stop doing that to people.)

Interviewed by consultants and CEO, very positive feedback, then suddenly changed mind, for reasons that were irrational, including information from my CV that had been in their possession for a month. Behavior was unprofessional. Also compensation plan is suggestive of a ponzi scheme, as well.

Phone interview with the current librarian. Then an interview with the CEO, COO, CFO and most of the consultants. I was offered the position after the interviews.
