I submitted a resume and application online and within 1 month I was asked to come in for an on site interview. The interview was relatively easy and laid back.
On-site Interview, question about maintaining cell lines and generic behavioral questions. Relatively easy interview with several managers and HR. After the interview, within the week received a call back from them.
They will ask questions about diversity and inclusion. Be prepared to give real world scenarios for every question asked. The questions they ask they are assessing if you are a fast learner and if you will fit well with the teams.
