Interview
Recruiter > Manager > Director > VP. After the final interview, I was told I was a top candidate and was then ghosted. The recruiter was friendly, but I feel disrespected after spending so much time interviewing for a role that probably never existed. Feedback: Please be transparent with your candidates who make it through the process instead of ghosting them. BEWARE!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Birdeye in Aug 2023
Interview
First step is an intro call with HR, then three rounds of interviews after that. The HR call went smoothly, but the two interviewers after that were both late to our Zoom calls. The first interviewer bristled at the fact that I have three kids and indicated that working at Birdeye takes a lot of focus. It’s the 21st century. I was ghosted after the second round after multiple follow ups.
