I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Birdeye in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process moved very quickly. I had a phone screen with the director of sales who was excellent and sold me on the position. After that I came in for an in person interview with the director and another manager. Finally, I did a presentation on my 30-60-90 goals in front of the entire management team including the CEO. I absolutely loved the engagement and felt they not only wanted to get to know me, but let me get a feel for BirdEye. I was 100% certain I wanted this position because of how thoughtfully the management team here went about every step of the way.
