Recruiter Reached out to me. Our conversation went well. After 10 days he responded after my follow up that he would set up a day for me to meet with the hiring Manager (virtually) I met with the hiring manager. Answered questions regarding my past experience n other sales positions. All good. He advised they would follow up with me veru soon for the next step-A mock Discovery question call. After a week with no response I contacted Recruiter who then Ghosted me. Waste of time. Totally unprofessional. Let a candidate know you chose another candidate-ESPECIALLY because you reached out to me initially- and why not chosen. NO Transparency,
