There was a first-round video interview with the Senior IT Manager, then a second-round interview in person with Senior IT Manager, the Director of IT, the head of sales and the head of marketing. Both interviews were very relaxed and personable. They asked thoughtful questions and showed that they understood who I was and how I might fit. They explained the history of the company and how they are advancing their technology to keep pace with the vision of the company moving forward. After that I was taken for a tour of the various parts of the building.
