Submitted an application online and was contacted within a week to schedule a phone interview. Had 3 total phone interviews before traveling at my own expense for an onsite interview- at the end of a 10 hour day of observation and interview I received a job offer. Very easy day on location- but also very long.

There was a phone interview, an all day at location interview that was not paid (nor was travel compensated) followed by a non negotiable offer. It was fairly straight forward and structured loosely. Now that I have interviewed with other companies and accepted other jobs I realize that the fact that I was not compensated or given travel expenses nor was I treated to lunch etc is a pretty good indicator of the business. Not bad for entry level but would be somewhat insulting at this point. Also the non negotiable offer with out benefits package was unwelcoming.
