30 min Phone interview with the recruiter, in person onsite interview with the hiring manager (VP of CS) for 60 min., then an onsite interview with 6 team members for 7 hours (including lunch). The process was grueling and very detailed. They told me they "change quickly" and "make decisions fast." They seemed like they were trying to fit me into a specific mold of the type of person they'd like rather than evaluating me for who I am and what I can bring to the role. They had me do 2 different personality tests and cognitive ability tests. I Scored highly on adaptability and change (96%) but the individual interviewers said they were concerned I wasn't fast and adaptable. I did a "final" interview on June 7th. The hiring manager told me he'd get back to me in 4 business days. After not hearing from him after 7 business days I reached out for a check in (obviously a ghosting). After 3 weeks, the hiring manager said he'd had some personal issues and an international trip but he'd get back to me soon. 3 weeks later, I pinged the recruiter and hiring manager for an update (again, expecting a gracious "thanks but no thanks") but they said they had some additional candidates and needed to do some "due diligence" and they'd get back to me in a couple weeks. That was July 21st. Today is September 3rd, my first day at Amazon--I'm still waiting for a call back from BitTitan. Let's just say that they DO NOT move quickly, nor make decisions.
