      User Experience Designer Interview

      Nov 28, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Bogotá, Bogota
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bizagi (Bogotá, Bogota) in Sep 2012

      Interview

I had a couple of easy interviews before doing a technical assessment. The first interview was a group one with some of the Whole Product staff, including the one designer they had at that time. The second one was with the CTO. Overall it was easy to speak to them, mainly because they knew very little about the design and UX discipline and my portfolio was good-looking enough. The technical assessment varies from designing a good landing page, to a dashboard, to redesigning the Bizagi website. This part is essential and it can be as difficult as your skill lets.
