I had a call with the recruiter and then a quick phone interview with the hiring manager, following an onsite interview with the hiring manager and someone from the team. After that I had another on site interview with a VP and the CEO

They asked me to tell them about a time when I had to deliver bad news to a client. How did I handle that, what were the consequences etc.
Great interview experience. It made me feel like I was a person and not just a number they were trying to hire. Very transparent, honest and well rounded. I really enjoyed the process and the people I got to know!
