From the beginning, the initial communication contained a PDF about what to expect. That document was bright and vibrant, which made a very positive first impression. Throughout the entire process, communication was great. I’d say the thing that jumped out to me straight away was that every conversation began with the interviewer explaining who they were, their hobbies, their family, etc.. That for me sent a message that they value the person, and not just the employee sitting behind the screen.
