I often find interviews to be a little painful. So often companies make it overly complicated or ask the same old, tired questions. But, not so with Black Rifle. I actually enjoyed the interview process. I had three phone interviews and one via Skype before I flew out to SLC for the in-person interview. Everyone was personable and easy to talk with. They were focused on the REAL experience I had and also in making sure I'd be a good fit for the position and the executive I'd support. Most companies say they want to find the right fit, but Black Rifle did it with a no-nonsense approach that I really appreciated. Overall, the experience was good (and refreshing)!
