If you are a civilian applying to this company, just know that BRCC needs to know you're a good fit for the job.
My application process took about 4 months until I was offered a job (I was also out of state which complicated things circumstantially). Going through the process with diligence, follow through, respect, and integrity plays a lot into getting through those next stages.
In my experience, I was first instructed to do a video interview where I answered text questions about myself. This eventually led to me having to carry out some mock assignments to measure my skills and abilities. Further down the line I was eventually interviewed twice before receiving an offer letter.
The recruiters at BRCC are absolutely awesome. They will do whatever they can to help move you along if you are being highly considered. My recruiter stuck with me through the entire process, was incredibly communicative, and helpful. Bare in mind though, they are receiving a lot of applications for any given job and are tasked with going through all of them. If you are ever not in consideration, they will let you know immediately. If you have not heard from your recruiter, you are likely still in high consideration.
BRCC is meticulous about finding the right person for the right job. Be patient and prepared. Once things get moving, things will move quick.
