I got an initial e-mail after the application, to answer some questions. After answering the questions, I was contacted by the recruiter to schedule an interview. For the interview the actual leader did not show up, just a team member/interim team leader. I have received some questions, however I did not explain my whole career history, as it is written in my CV, I just talked about my most recent position. I got a feedback call to get to know I was not chosen to go forward with the hiring process - I guess there was one more round. So suggestion/advice: always tell your full history, lessons learned. It was nice overall, because they took the time to call me and give a feedback which was very useful.
