Interview
It consists of a hireview; if you pass the hireview, you enter the first round interview with an associate. If you pass the first round interview, you go on to the final round interview with three members of the division you applied for.

In the first round of interview, there were more behavioural questions.
Hirevue - comprised of 6 questions. Very little focus on behaviourals, mainly focused on why Blackrock, values of Blackrock, competitors, why this division, etc. One technical question was asked about your selected division, the question was "Explain a technical concept relating to the division you're applying to in simple words".

Why Blackrock, what separates Blackrock from its competitors?
The first stage involved submitting a CV and answering usual questions about grades etc on an online form. You then had to answer 3 questions via video recording. The question would come up, you’d have a few minutes to prepare, and then the time would start.
