Received email from recruiter to set-up initial 10 minute interview. Email was pretty cold.
I replied to the email with a time that worked for me and never received a confirmation. I then never received a call from the recruiter on the day of the interview and never received an apology, a rescheduled appointment or any reply at all.
Unfortunate unprofessionalism from a brand like Blackrock.

Online through video which you record yourself. With limited time to do and only one take. You get to do a practice round. This was for an apprenticeship and it was on of the first stages.
I did 3 or 4 rounds of interviews and was told I was a good candidate each time, but they ghosted me after the last interview. I had to call and email several times to be told they gave the job to an internal candidate.

It took 3 months before I was contacted for the first interview. After the interview I was not provided any information and reached out to the company multiple times but still they did not get back to me ever.
