Virtual or In-Person Interviews: Depending on the role and location, you may have one or more virtual or in-person interviews with members of the BlackRock team. These interviews may include behavioral questions, technical questions, and case studies. Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
