The cover letter was stressful and confusing. They made you record yourself without having time to rerecord and minimal time to think about the question. I would not recommend working for this company.
I applied for the role and got an automated Hire-vue link to send in my virtual CV. We knew the questions beforehand. This is a compulsory step and instead of asking written questions, they asked in to send a virtual CV
