Blackbaud Designer interview questions

It was a multi-round interview process. There was a video interview, a panel onsite interview, and a design-test. Spoke with the creative director, other designers, and an account manager onsite. Everyone was asked thoughtful questions about my work, my experience, and what I was looking for in the role.
