Blackbaud interview questions

First was on call and second was again on call but little more technical third was face to face and technical with team and managers. I was told by HR I cleared the interview and manager selected me, but that they never came back and after 2 weeks I asked them for update but no response till yet and it’s been 6 months. I accepted offer from some other company but wished to work for blackbaud.

Initial interview is entirely by video. You are given the opportunity to field practice questions, record them, play them back and judge your own performance. Do enough practice questions, and you eventually get a really good idea of what the interview will be like. Again, the practice AND the actual interview are canned questions that you record and submit. I didn't get an offer, but I actually enjoyed the interview.
