Interview
Short, very typical questions about past jobs, how many days missed, why are you leaving your last job, why should we hire you, nothing too hard. now they mainly hire their production through a temp agency.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blade-Tech Industries (Streetsboro, OH) in Apr 2025
Interview
Recently retiring from the military, I applied for a holster maker position but they offered me a higher position that hadn't been listed yet. I interviewed with the production manager, he was very nice and showed me around and introduced me to a lot of people. My second interview was with the CEO and COO. Both nice, asked a lot of typical questions. "Experiance, where are you coming from, why do you wanna work for us." However, they decided that my experience wasn't what they were looking for and didn't offer me the job I originally applied for. No hard feelings though. Best of luck to them.
