Interviewed by a panel of four attorneys, two of whom were old white male partners were openly hostile regarding diversity initiatives at the firm. This topic was unprompted - possibly triggered by the fact I am a woman of color. Worst interview of OCI season.
One-on-one Screener, then callback with four interviews, two people each for twenty minutes each. Super friendly and personable interviewers, had a lot of time to ask questions. Very responsive HR and it seems like a great place to work! Withdrew candidacy after accepting another offer.
