I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blink Health (New York, NY)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. First was a standard phone screening. Then they invited me to come in for an onsite, and sent me a design exercise to do. They said to only spend two hours on the design exercise, but the exercise asked to redesign the onboarding experience of a major company. I created a basic wireframe flow, which was the only thing I had time to do in the time limit. When I came in for the onsite, the designers that I met with seemed not interested at all in the exercise work that I did. They were sullen and unengaged during the interview. I had to send multiple emails to the recruiter to follow up on the next steps, and each reply promised that he would get back to me with more information. I never heard back.
