Interviewing at Blink Health was a pleasant experience but looking back I have a feeling that Hiring manager had already selected someone else and was going through the motion as I had already been scheduled for interviews.
One preliminary screening call with recruiter, then a hiring manager screen. Each call took about 30 minutes in total - standard why this role questions for both. It didn’t seem as though they had shared notes so I was asked duplicate questions for each call.
