I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blink Health in Feb 2024
Interview
I began the interview process briskly. I applied online and literally heard back from a recruiter the next day. We scheduled and completed a phone screening a couple days later. Scheduled a Zoom with the hiring manager soon after. The video interview was 30 minutes and was the typical high-level get to know you type of conversation. Smooth and overall good overview of where this fits into the business. Based on what I surmise, this FRM team would be their first to expand their book of business with an existing client contract (I think the product is Accrufer).
Moving forward, I was told this would move quickly and I would definitely hear back before end of the week. I'm posting here because because companies like this that ghost should be called out for this behavior.
Negative experience because extreme ownership and follow-through are just a couple key traits required for this type of role. I would expect the same in a potential employer and if/when timelines or decisions change, proactive communication is expected.
Phone interview recruiter, then three additional interviews with management. very easy process and they keep you informed along the way. Went over your resume and your knowledge of the position
