Recruiter called me, and was very helpful with my questions. She provided an overview of the position & organization expectations. We scheduled a Zoom interview with a Team Lead. Zoom interview was relaxed, low-pressure and positive. Questions centered around qualifications, experience, and “Tell me about a time when…”. Time was provided for me to ask questions about the role, benefits, and organization. Interviewer had a pleasant and helpful demeanor, welcomed my questions, and was overall positive and professional.
