The process was very obscure, and the company does not know what it’s looking for in a product manager. The recruitment process is even worse; the recruiters are stiff and uncommunicative. I went through several interviews and spent weeks in the process. I was given a 72-hour case study that required solving and a follow-up case study. This interview was rescheduled multiple times to accommodate someone in India. During the case study presentation, I was asked questions that showed the interviewers did not even give me the courtesy of reading my case study assignment. They didn't turn on their cameras and mainly seemed distracted and disinterested. After the interview, the “feedback” was positive, and I was told I would move to the next round. Then, like the “G” in lasagna, they went silent. Didn't hear anything back from them, and that's how the chapter closed as abruptly and unprofessionally as possible.
