absolutely insane, to many rounds of interviews, cultural fit, system design, sell yourself, take-home project, etc.
The full process will take you 15 to 20 hours unpaid and in most cases materialize into nothing.
seems to me this is just to justify HR and managers' work, but no real intention of hiring.
