      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blizzard Entertainment

      Interview

Applied online, recruiter contact a month later. Was told of a three step process 1) phone screen with hiring manager 2) online video chat with a live troubleshooting simulation 3) in person. One hour phone screen was very cordial, friendly hiring manager, very conversational. First part was standard background and experience, followed by standard technical Unix systems administration questions. Questions were not difficult and left feeling good. A week and change later, was sent a automated templated email stating they decided to go with a different candidate, no other feedback was given, recruiter didn't even reply for follow ups, which was the only not so good experience.
