Very slow. I put in an application and didn't hear back for an initial phone screen until 2 months later. After that, every step of the process took two full weeks. I made it through a technical phone interview, a technical Skype interview, a HR-related Skype interview, and a battery of interviews when they flew me out to their Irvine campus. The questions are very intense. Not overly difficult, mind you, but you definitely can't BS your way through the interview. Be prepared to answer questions similar to what you'd see in a CompTIA certification test. Be sure to clarify situation-based questions as much as possible before answering.
