      Lead VFX Artist Interview

      Dec 23, 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blizzard Entertainment in Oct 2021

      Interview

Fairly painless process. (Overwatch Team) I had an initial interview meeting with the Lead VFX artist and Art director. The following week I received an art test with a two-week period for completion. After it was submitted I was given the go-ahead for additional interviews (4). The recruiter I had was very helpful. And the interviews themselves were laid back and straightforward. My only complaint was there were a decent amount of repeated questions. Overall great experience!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Ex1. Which VFX was the most difficult and how did you overcome it. Ex.2. If you had a problem with a Coworker what steps did you take to address it.
