Be prepared to try hard. First was a phone screening by the recruiter, then a video call panel interview with the hiring managers, and then an in person with multiple panel interviews from cross-functional teams on site. It was concluded with a lower offer than I was asking. I probably would have taken it, but during the interview I had a chance to meet my team and felt some really awkward tension. Decided to leave it on the table, but very grateful for the experience.
