Process took almost a year after applying. Got an email about 9 months after applying that they were interested in interviewing me. Set up a phone interview that was very straight forward, they asked me for some examples of my work and I sent them back. A few weeks later I went to their campus for an on-site interview from 10am-4pm. During which I met with about 10 different folks on the audio team (composers, producers, sound designers) and then went to lunch with a gang of the composers. It was obvious they were trying to find a good personality fit with the composer I would be working for. Though overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and they tried hard to make you feel comfortable and at home.
