Took a week or two from the time I applied to the time recruiter reached out to me. During the screening, recruiter couldn’t provide basic information about the role which is fine. However, when I asked her about the timeline of the process, she was quite condescending and said they’re not going to hire the first person they interview. Okay??? I just asked so I can make plans with my other interviews as needed. Interview with the hiring manager virtually was just as terrible. She did not even look at me when I was speaking/answering her questions so idk if she even heard me. She was busy doing something else on the computer the whole time. She also kept rushing the interview. Normally I’m whatever about the interview being rushed bec I understand people are busy. However, the hiring manager was 15 minutes late for our 30 minute interview. I still couldn’t get the info I wanted to know about the role bec hiring manager didn’t give me the opportunity to ask questions.
