Block Sales Account Executive interview questions

Everyone I met was sincerely interested in getting to know me and my values, and not just my resume, which I think sets Square apart from the competition. The core of the interview was a 2 hour meet and greet spread over 30 min sessions, followed by a 30 min role play case based on a real life scenario. The case was sent in advance. The final interview was with the Sales group head. Everyone was awesome.
