I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Blood Cancer United (Richmond, VA) in May 2024
Interview
I had a total of 4 interviews. Initially worked with a recruiter through interviews 1 & 2. I had reached out to her with questions after 2nd and got email saying she had left LLS. Then heard from new recruiter thanks/no thanks. I responded thank you and best wishes. I then receive another email saying a mistake had been made. I was interviewed 2 more times and then wasn’t able to meet the person, recruiter let me know a two days before,
as had work event in another part of the state. Recruiter said wasn’t big deal of couldn’t make it. Waited 2 weeks and was then again told thanks/no thanks and now position is still open. One of the most odd and unprofessional processes I have been through which is unfortunate as passionate about the mission. I hope they get ironed out soon.
