The frame time from the interview through the hiring process was very short, around 2 weeks. The interview process was carried out by 5 engineers from different departments; each of them interviewed me for around 15 to 20 minutes. The hiring process was very smooth, everything was very well organized. The hiring day, I met with personal from HR, IT, Safety department, and with the team of the department I was going to start to work with. Each department provided me with the necessary tools to perform my job.
