Bloomberg Financial Sales and Analytics 2014 interview questions

Very negative experience. 6 candidates and 1 HR and 1 team leader appeared in the group interview. Started off with each one introducing themselves and then telling what they thought this position was about. Then interviewers told more about the details about this role. After that, we're broken into 2 subgroups of 3 candidates and 1 interviewer. Interviewer swapped after 20 minutes. HR interviewer, arrogant while apparently unprepared for the interview, rambled and asked whether there were any ways to attract the best candidates only for interviews without reaching out to schools or doing any promotions. Dumb question in itself, we still suggested every possible way we could come up with and he simply rejected each suggestion by saying "we are doing that already". All 3 of us studied in different schools in different countries, but we were never aware of that... really? After that he said he wanted to improve the Bloomberg website and asked for suggestions. Even more strange this time, as far as I know, he's with campus recruitment but he sounded as if he had the authority to change the Bloomberg website and said he would work on my suggestions next on. Very sickening arrogant and know-it-all attitude during the whole interview. I lost my passion as soon as the interview started. I would never want to work with this kind of people. Second interviewer was the team lead, simply asked how we would invest 1M. Normal attitude and normal Q&A. Then interview ended.
