Bloomberg Industry Group Analyst interview questions

Pleasant Interviews. Communication is meh. The first round was with HR, which was easy and friendly. They did basic introductions and asked for availability. The second round was with the Hiring Manager; the experience was pleasant, and the first half of the interview is dedicated to your experiences, while the second half is dedicated to the questions you ask, which I would say is more important than the first half. Did not hear back for 2ish months until I checked workday which showed a rejection, but I'd say ghosting is just common nowadays.

After speaking with the recruiter I met with the hiring manager. After that met with leadership which was more casual and focused on the team culture. All interviews were virtual.
