2. Numerical reasoning test, and some short questions (150 words max. Very basic personality questions)
3. Webcam interview (30 seconds to prep, 1.5 to answer)
4. Interview round 1 (this is where they grill you. You have to really want this job to pass this part)

It was a natural conversation. Not tense. Almost didn’t even feel like I was having an interview. Tested both Japanese and English skills. They also asked me about their products

What did you work hard during university
Begins with a personality assesment that also includes puzzles meant to test pattern recognition. The assesment and the personality quiz takes about 30-40 minutes and requires no preperation before hand.
First was Hireview, 1 Hour interview with two team leaders, and assessment centre, consisting of tests, networking, and a final round interview with two team leaders from analytics and sales departments respectively.
