I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied online, contacted within a couple of days for a phone interview. There were two phone interviews, the interviewers were reasonable and I enjoyed talking to them. Then they invited me to their New York office for the onsites.
There were two technical interviews in the morning. The role was for their Machine Learning team, so I had one coding/algorithm/data structure session and one pure ML session. After lunch I talked to two managers and then the HR coordinator. At this point I thought they were positive about me, since the discussions went pretty well.
After a couple of days I got the rejection email. I requested for, and got, some feedback - they were high level but still useful enough.
