Interview
Application is a simple resume submitted online and an answer to a question regarding customer support. Was first contacted by someone in HR securing an interview. The next stage is a phone interview with a manager in the Customer Support Department. Finally is an in-person interview with two managers. The questions are very centered upon customer support, how you would handle specific situations with irate customers, why customer support is important. The Team is trying to evaluate whether you are able to communicate with clients in a "human" way, while being extremely effective and efficient and problem solving on the spot.

Thr process were straightforward and smooth. The interviewers were polite and friendly. The result came out not long after. It was an online interview call. The feedback were also provided.

The interview was relatively straight forward with many behavioural questions such as why do you want this jobs or what's your goal in the future. The interviewer was nice and it was an overall pleasant experience.

Applied through online. They asked me to do assessment test and then emailed me within one week for a video interview. They also stated in the email informing that they will get back to me within 5 days but I have received no news within the 5 days so far. Most probably not getting the position.
