Although this is a temporary position, there were VERY long lists of behavioral and competency questions asked both phone screen and on-site. There were two interviews in total. I believed I was asked more than at least 10 behavioral and competency questions on site. Make sure you have gone through a lot of introspection and have the right mindset before the interview as it is pretty difficult to prepare all of the questions. Make sure you give examples when you answer and have one to two shocking (not inappropriate of course) stories of your personal life to share with the interviewer and correlate your attitude on the specific stories you told (this is my personal tip).
Other than that, make sure you have researched Bloomberg thoroughly, both the culture and the lines of services of the company. Culture determines your fit for the company and future colleagues, and your knowledge about Bloomberg's services can demonstrate your passion towards working at Bloomberg. Interviewer will often challenge every answer you gave at an interview so make sure you have all your answers backed up with solid evidence, not joking, do not lie!
I am selected in less than 3 hours after the interview and I signed an offer the day later with an agency (yes Bloomberg hire temps through agency) bidding a farewell to other jobs that wanted me.
