1st interview through phone, mostly behavioral questions. Two weeks later, scheduled for 2nd round skype interview. Questions came from the CV mostly, and the interviewer was pretty kind and introduced the program and bloomberg a little bit. 3rd interview would be held tomorrow, it will be a jabber interview, though I don't have a clue what that is different from skype.
