Interview
The interview process was very long and I overall had around 8 people interview me over the course 0f 7 hours in the format of a single person or panel depending on the stage. Throughout the interview stages I had a good impression of the team and company which was very positive. However the final stage with the Director level stage didn't feel the same as the rest of the interview process and seemed like he wanted something entirely different to what was described to me by the recruiter and team.
It took a total of 3 weeks of waiting to be told that the job was being withdrawn and apparently I had done well but they were looking for something else. To be honest this felt like a entire waste of time for me after taking 1 and half days annual leave and showed they did not know what they wanted from the beginning.
From a personal level this was a great self learning piece as I appreciate my current company and role so much more.
Overall I would not apply for this company again.

Interview
It was a standard lengthy process. Applied online, recieved an email for HR requesting for suitable time for a telephonic interview. After telephonic interview I was scheduled for a manager round.
After clearing manager round I was scheduled for a video call with team members. Two days after my video round I got an email from another saying I have cleared the round & they wanted me to go through Engineering round. I was confused, later I recieved another email from HR contact saying I need to discard the email & I have cleared video round. Two days later I get a automated rejection email.
Very much disappointed after 2 different HR's confirming I have cleared all rounds of interview & getting rejected for no reason.
Interviewers were very professional & helpful.
Something went wrong in the interview process that nobody is ready to accept.
